GK has a partnership with BetterHelp to offer 1 month / up to 4 free sessions of therapy for GK clients / food service workers at NO cost to you. To gain access, go first to www.givingkitchen.org/help and complete an Ask for Help form. In the form, state you’d like access to BetterHelp. Please note that an email address is mandatory for access to the BetterHelp platform. From there, a GK case manager will register you and you should receive an email with next steps, as well as an access code. You can share that code with up to 4 loved ones. They will request a debit/credit card at the end of your survey, but will not charge you until after 1 month of services has passed.
