About Snake River Farms: Snake River Farms is an online retailer of high-end meat and seafood. They are best known for their American Wagyu beef raised in the Northwest, as well as their Kurobuta pork and sustainably-caught seafood.

Our work with them: They work with chefs across the country to develop recipes for their products. In working with them, they asked for a combination of easy weeknight meals, as well as some recipes that were “for a home cook, but make them cheffy.”
